New zoning for more than 3,300 acres in South Dallas, a continuation of a wide-ranging community vision, got the green light from Dallas City Council on Wednesday night.
South Dallas residents said they're seeing changes in their neighborhood as new houses are built. New zoning aims to welcome development while protecting the area's unique character.
