Ok, won't name company because the rep did work with me and it sounds like it's being resolved (although it will take 3-5 business days to process). Frustrating thing is that I'm betting a large % of people would have given up or taken the 50% when offered, and it really shouldn't be that way.
Took over my wife's usual Sunday morning pancake making yesterday:
8-year-old: I like your pancakes Daddy, they are cool shapes! Mommy just makes them perfectly round!
