Here’s a SERIOUS question. What if our property tax system was actually fair, and was based on public costs actually incurred to support housing? What if low density housing had to pay its way, rather than being subsidized by responsible infill housing? What if we stopped incentivizing sprawl?
FWIW: natural gas (methane) is a globally-traded commodity. Extracting it here isn’t going to make it any more affordable to NSians or make us any less affected by global oil prices. Solar on every rooftop, however,
