Her crystal baby blues were fragments away from breaking into tears.
"Let me know when you are well enough for the date night and I will cast the spell on you so that you remain safe."

She waves a dismissive claw as she looks to the side, "Nothing fancy. An evening where we get to dance a little, have dinner and maybe allow me to share your intimate company at the end? A glimpse of normalcy I once had for one night isn't too much to ask for, is it?"
She taps her right cheek in thought.
"Are there any limitations to my request? I want to make sure I'm not being cut short for a deal that I could improve on my own."
She gave him a faint smile, knowing well that her magic would have to be precise. If her mother caught a single hint of her being with someone she might not approve, he would have to fight for his life and that was the last thing she wanted for him.
