Because I’m of a certain age, I pay attention to birds. On a quick, 10-minute, the-dog-needs-to-go-out walk yesterday afternoon, I saw a robin, cardinal, sparrow, mockingbird, eastern bluebird, and 2 house finches. I came home to a ✨charm✨ of goldfinches at the feeder. (Actual collective noun 💖)
