Cillian has a very distinctly and heavy Welsh accent. It's quite hard to understand what he's saying sometimes, especially when he gets excited. This is sort of a carryover from where he first came from in his original verse away from XIV, and also sounds kind of seafare-y to fit in with La Noscea.
