Mayternity bonus. The poll came back with 52% for both of them having big bellies. 43% also voted for "Hyper belly futa reverse cowgirl". Since the numbers are pretty close I'll do that one later.

Kiki was meant to have a larger role in the Mayternity chapter, but due to time and IRL issues she was featured less than I'd liked. This would've been a revenge from Felicia for all the curiosity Kiki had.
Shortstack races seem to be very stretchy so that's another bonus.
It's a good question since magic tends to warp what's possible.
