Another cool thing about this photo is that the ISS appears between the Apollo 12 and 14 landing sites, just to its left and right, respectively.
the accepted method of determining which side the emulsion coating was on, in the dark, in the prime focus cage of a giant telescope, was to literally touch your tongue to it, as it had a distinctive taste, so not licking the science could actually result in no science happening.
I was literally just looking at M13 for the first time early this morning and my image of it from last May shows up in my feed later on.
I love globular clusters and this one looks so good in a decent sized telescope
