This cook again worked very hard on staff meal. But the end result so closely resembled chili Mac that I was tempted to ask for jalapeño cheese spread.

One of my line cooks worked hard on pasta with meat sauce for staff meal, but it needed something, so I added a mini Tabasco that we serve with raw bar platters. One bite, though, & I was transported back to being Specialist Kim, scarfing down a partially warmed spaghetti MRE in the field.
