It's like an anti-cozy game. Just a big warm bath of _mood_ and _vibe_ you wanna bask in.
I played some Mechanicus and I'm so in love and impressed by the incredible atmosphere it conjures without massive cutscenes. Just boxes with freak dialouge and weird sounds and fantastic music.
Also Necrons and Admech are such a great match. If I met them both at a party I'd be like "omg guyz Necron this is Admech, soooo you both like skulls and weird tech and freaky voices I think you'll ready hit it off you guys should hang some time!".
