We've got Lyme disease and low levels of alpha gal. We spray ourselves if we're working in the yard and our gardening clothes (which we call ticky clothes) go directly in the washer when we come in. If I tour the yard in normal clothes, I brush off my legs when I come in to remove any ticks.
