This is why I consider myself a better cartoonist than I am an illustrator. I can draw fine, but my work shines best when doing very precise sequential work. If you ask me to do a poster for an event, it'll look okay but there are way better people out there for that job!
I get a bit emotional when I find comics like this one about my ocular health. About a month later, I would lose vision in this eye entirely. The uveitis I suffered from then is still active, although managed, and I'm down to two eyedrops a day now, over five years later.

A beautifully drawn comic doesn't mean it's a good comic-- panelling and composition in comics is a whole other skill. You can be incredible at drawing and incredibly bad at drawing a comic at the same time. Legibility in comics doesn't even require pretty drawings in the first place.
