Where’s Nick Chrimes when you need someone to go off on one… I’m a proponent of the easy or hard nomenclature. 90% are easy, no notes. 10% are hard - write a description eg “see note”
My experience of most anaesthetists is that they don’t do lung protective ventilation during surgery - eg recruit/peep/proper I:E ratios sit them up at 30° post op. Let alone use quantitative NMT monitors. Was this considered I wonder?
Devil will be in the details but make sure you’re using quantitative NMBD monitoring if you want to be right on it… #ansky
