This work was a huge undertaking, led by a fantastic staff scientist in my group and in collaboration with colleagues @stanford-chemh.bsky.social! We have learned a lot about lipids and auxotrophy in a metabolically minimal pathogen and are excited to now exploit potential vulnerabilities.
