My only comment on the Great Corn Slurry debacle is that enriched and nixtamalized corn is the reason pellagra rates fell from more than 3 million and more than 100,000 deaths between 1906 and 1940, to nearly eliminated by the 50s.
Pellagra was epidemic. We ended it by adding niacin.
