The chapters are really keeping the adolesence to adulthood alive and well in Dandadan. Now that Okarun has his balls back and confessed to Momo, he has ganed his masculinity (the ogre rod) which only grows big and powerful in her presence, allowing him to achieve his goals for their mutual benefit

Kara already has a prequel story, but not her childhood. I donβt think any childhood story of hers would be worth telling. It would be even more abusive than Sanaaβs but I could do a story about her getting into trouble, perhaps on the road, and she is saved by a supernatural #awesomecharacter
Sanaβa prequel would probably be about how she met Fi and how that basically gave her an escape from her abusive household. It would be the start of a love story but a very innocent childβs love. And it would hint at the band that they would form later #awesomecharacters
