I have a new piece out that interrogates the role of critique in Muniesa’s book Paranoid Finance. Drawing on Deleuze & Guattari, I argue that the book maintains a relation to critique that is best characterized as schizophrenic. Alas, it is locked behind a paranoid paywall. Just got back from this fantastic symposium on "Finance and Ruination" at the Institute for Digital Cultures in Vienna. It was great to meet everyone and to spend the day discussing the ruinous escalation of contemporary finance. Big thanks to Mikkel Rorbo and Naoki Matsuyama for putting this on!
