I want to say Mitra's crackly cackle but Delgrij gets this one... on a technicality. I mean it is a very lovely laugh what sounds like a warm breeze through dry leaves but it quite literally cheers up those who hear it. His joy is genuinely contagious.
Which makes it cheating and Mitra should win.
