Yesterday, Connecticut became the second state to enact a surveillance pricing ban. Connecticut’s law strengthens Maryland’s, which was the first state to pass a similar ban earlier this year, but still has some room for improvement. EPIC applauds Gov. Ned Lamont for signing the legislation.
