was. Said probe was part of a nuclear winter on a planet they visit and the survivors want revenge on humans. We lose a secondary character. Another one I enjoyed and hadn't seen since 2001. Good bittersweet ending.
Gene Shalit, a movie critic and arts reporter for the “Today” show over four decades who was known for his puffy hair, oversized handlebar mustache and affection for groan-inducing puns, has died. He was 100.
A teaser trailer for next year's new Pixar film ("Gatto") is out today. I've been a huge Pixar fan since the OG Toy Story, so I'll be there for this. Seen 'em all. own 'em all.

but this one felt different. It gets published in the Alpha quadrant without his permission, setting off a B plot about hologram rights. Liked seeing folks from Earth, but the main story I didn't care for, oddly.

The final "Q" ep for some time. This time Q turns up with his son from the last time we saw him. Fun part there is Q Jr is played by de Lancie's real life son Keegan. As you'd expect, you get what you get with a Q ep. Lots of

shenanigans. This time Q leaves Jr with Voyager, and it's up to Janeway to try and corral him. Loved Q Jr & Icheb calling each other "Itchy" and "Q Ball". :) I quite liked the vibe of this - I had 100% forgotten the outcome.
