Oh dear. This is not good, particularly the apparent lack of licensing, poor conditions for tenants, & apparently a blanket ‘no DSS’ policy, which is unlawful. (The conflict of interest bit doesn’t really make sense, as would be LHA/UC paid by DWP, not HB from council)
