Don't do this without plan! Wild meat needs a bit of aging before it tastes right. You should slaughter a PM in advance, not just because you are hungry on the train.
Some of my countrymen ate parts of former PM de Witt and his brother, in 1672. This was a political statement, not a nice meal.
