My memoirs - if I were ever to write them - would be both short and vague.
I'm not sure many folk have yet realised how dangerous this is for UKHE. Basically:
1. Home Office announces that it will punish institutions if more than 5% of student visas are rejected.
2. Home Office arbitrarily rejects more than 5% of student visas.
3. You get the picture.
