AND, just to add humor to this whole mess, the contractor (all of them) have opened themselves up to massive lawsuits and federal charges for Vandalism because the regime skipped the REQUIRED LEGAL PROCESS. meaning the next administration can sue them for every penny AND charge them for repairs.
