That banquet scene from the Paris Olympics opening — pretty iconic, right? Barbara Butch, the Parisian DJ and activist, was one of the standout artists. And now she’s taking on the role of artistic director for Nuit Blanche Paris in 2026.

Ten years since November 13th. United we stand.
Fluctuat Nec Mergitur
Friday, November 13, 2015, Paris fell victim to the deadliest terrorist attacks ever carried out in France. Ten years later, to the day, Paris remembers and honors their memory.
Paris is remembering the victims of the November 13, 2015 attacks. To mark ten years since the terrorist attacks, the city is organizing a tribute at Place de la République. Starting November 8, people can come by to leave a candle or flower in memory of the victims.
In a few months, 72 amazing women scientists will have their names up there alongside the 72 men already listed. Because every kid—girl or boy—deserves to see that big dreams are for everyone.
You were all there! 🏃♂️ Parisians running, cheering and supporting each other, that's what made this Marathon so special !

Remember the Pont Neuf wrapped? It was 40 years ago, made by iconic couple Christo and Jeanne Claude. Stay tuned! The bridge will be dressed-up again, this time by JR, who will create an amazing art work in June 2026!
