She is alone, cold, starving, and terrified in the dungeon on the Red Keep. The only people she sees being guards and occasionally Qyburn.
Even once Cersei is taken into custody by the Faith she is not freed.

Post Tyrion's escape Joanna is taken as a prisoner. The crown cannot get ahold of him , and so they grab the next best thing. The thing they think will drawn Tyrion back to King's Landing. Though what is to be —
