Eventually the innovator of this shameful policy - Queen Mary University of London - will have to answer at an employment tribunal for aggressive dedications made back in 2023. Only (maybe) then will others be deterred. You might think a Labour government could tool up a regulator to stop it but 🤷🏻♂️.
