Asking for reasonable accommodations is good and fine apart from when I do it. When I do it, I'm a terrible lazy baby.
Although it is kind of embarrassing they'd already gone "yeeeah, that bitch part time" because of how useless I've been the last few weeks. Hopefully I can make up for it now I'm not running myself ragged trying to do hours I just can't do 😂
They were completely cool about it and actually had already pre-emptively adjusted their expectations in the system. One day I will learn I am allowed to ask for adjustments because I'm a bundle of autoimmune diseases in a trench coat. It's not embarrassing. People don't judge. Brains are stupid.
