This is why I am always suspicious of peple who advertise themselves too gaily as Mutual Aid Champions, because all too often what they do I set up a cartel to distribute mutual aid to their besties while locking others out. I have seen it numerous times before on Old Twitter.

It really bothers me that a small contingent of people honestly believe they alone get to decide who is worthy of mutual aid and then try to run off others with lies. They’ve hurt people here, gaslit people here, and they’re still doing it.
