Anyway, I support the idea, but it's a rough go in our business. Decades of publishers cowing creators had a huge impact, and it lingers.
I fear that, if I show someone using a "strike anywhere" match in this period script, modern audiences will wonder how the hell they're getting it to spark against their thumbnail, shoe leather, etc.
