I see so many people say they drive down Lakeshore Drive to “relax” or “vibe”

Once again I today saw one of the silliest anti-bike talking points: Roads aren't for recreation.
It's ridiculous in multiple ways:
1. People bike for transit
2. Even people biking for recreation deserve to be safe
3. Plenty of people drive recreationally!
