The two infertility extremes.
It's either the goodly motherly woman and isn't she so miserable and tragic and hopeless, no HEA allowed until there's a kid
Or the she-devil bitch whose biggest crime is being difficult, where the infertility is implied to be a punishment/extension of her wickedness.

I picked indie presses because I'm too weird for trad and don't have the money to self-publish.
But honestly the community is top tier.
I'm in the works to get an author event just for a short story because the press already has a working relationship with my local bookstore. I'm HYPE.

Their assumption is predicated on the idea that people would buy the books if they lacked access through their library.
And not, you know, that they just wouldn't read the books at all.
