a coworker of mine got fired so im gonna ask at my next shift to take her position.... ive never been a manager before its making me kinda nervous
i know im good enough at the job tho so honestly i think i have a good shot
gonna be kinda sad if they already filled the position tbh

also why dont profiles say youre mutuals with them
my biggest fear about it is that i become super stressed constantly and like dont have any time for myself or friends :( but ig the money will be better and ill have more consistent hours? idk if its even happening yet
if it sucks i can just ask to be demoted right? i hope?
