There's about 8" between the seats. As one who buys a 36S trouser fitting these days, I can imagine most blokes *choose* to stand on the train.

Going to put the garden chairs away again when there's a break in the rain. We've got sideways rain going on at the moment.
The weather turned sour a week ago when my wife got the furniture out for the summer.
