Big kudos to Julian Bene for being such a great advocate for getting big commercial properties (including data centers) valued properly for taxes! This means millions more dollars for public services like schools.

And here it is! New hyperscalers going to be valued fairly, with big revenues from the three that have opened, with more to come next year. At least Fulton and APS will get something to offset the impact of these things.
