Fascism has never led to a stable society, because it eventually canabalizes every different way of living or difference of opinion. So you really gonna leave the freaks and the weirdos out to dry to today just so you get one more day of freedom? Is that really worth it?

Heres the thing about fascism; it always starts by pointing at the outer most fringes of society and acceptability. But as it continues to cut things away its deemed as "bad" it will continue to need an enemy on the outside so people dont point the finger back at them.
