When over 100 former astronauts are speaking out about the direction the country is going—it's time to listen. We served our country because we love it, and we’re concerned about the serious erosion of checks and balances happening.
Our founding members include Republicans, Democrats, and Independents. We don't always agree, but we know all too well what matters the most: the Constitution and the rule of law.
It's a mission worth defending.
We trained for years to follow procedures, trust science, and respect expertise. We took an oath to defend the Constitution. When those values aren't being followed by our leadership, silence isn't an option. That's why we started Astronauts For America.
On Memorial Day, Astronauts For America remembers all of the brave fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. Their patriotism is not forgotten, and we are grateful for their courage in defense of the values we hold dear.
We’re not here to advance any party's agenda.
Our mission is patriotism: defend democratic values, support principled leaders, and safeguard our republic before we lose it for good.
