One of My best friends had a massive stroke last Sunday.
She was young, didn't drink or do any drugs, active and a literal ray of sunshine. She helped so many people in the work she did. I am devastated.
I say this, not for sympathy, but to remind you of something that I was very much reminded.
When death pops up on us, it's a reminder to live.

Live your life. Tell the people you love how much they mean to you. Do all the things you've been wanting to do. Or just something that will at least bring some joy into your life even if its a small thing. Choose to find a better feeling instead of rumbling around in anxiety and fear.
