Knd of crazy events unfolded across the street from the office last night... someone broke into the townhouse courtyard, then broke into someone's ground floor unit and took them hostage with a knife, and was subsequently shot/killed by VPD. Very strange for our quiet little n'hood.

Solar and batteries have already come for the marginal kilowatt hour. There is zero business case for expanding gas capacity beyond what we have today. Definitely not a rationale for public investment.

Phase one is finally nearing completion. Hoping to see phase 2 built by 2030. Sounds like Green infrastructure is going to be doing some of the infrastructure capacity lift given the Sewer impact of Broadway Plan towers.
