Are they bad? No, I actually enjoyed “Campfire cooking in another world with my absurd skill”, but the focus on the show is about the cooking, not how OP the protag is
I just saw one for the Toy Story game on SNES/Genesis. The Buzz doesn't even look scary, he looks more like he was ripped out of Baldi's basics. And the blood doesn't even make sense, since everyone's a toy. We know the toys are just stuffing and plastic and whatever else they're made of.
I genuinely don't understand the interest in ".EXE" games and stories.
Oh no, your game is possessed by an evil demented version of a good guy.
Oh no, there's blood everywhere.
Oh no, he's got red eyes.
Oh no, they're breaking the 4th wall and threatening you.
Oh no, they did a loud Jumpscare.
Solo Levelling speaks for itself, the protag is doing all this solo.
Even Campfire Cookings protag is a wuss in every mannerism except cooking.
If the main hook of your show is that you have a cheat skill, that’s like watching a lets play of a game with god mod invincibility on the entire time.
Also ftr, the “super op protag” idea is much better executed when the character in question has a “setback” of sorts.
Naofumi can barely attack, his broken stat comes from his absurd defense.
Rimuru took on the form of a Slime monster, so even as a demon lord, people assume he’s just a weak slime
Gonna be honest, a good chunk of Anime/Manga that specifically mention levels and skills/cheat skills in their titles don’t appeal to me.
I’m not against watching ones with them in it, like Shield Hero or Reincarnated as a Slime, but don’t sell it to me like thats the ONLY point of the show #Anime
I’m too sick to discuss it properly, but just know this; I’m severely disappointed in @square-enix-games.com and #Disney for #KingdomHearts and its ugly ass AI generated cover for the new collection.

I don't think Chaotic gets brought up enough when talking about TCG art because there are some absolutely gorgeous pieces in that game. The creature design and background work is just top notch.
