Russian media reports that one of the country's largest oil companies "Tatneft" has limited fuel purchases at all of its gas stations across Russia:
Gasoline – up to 30 litres;
Diesel fuel – 60 litres for passenger cars & 300 litres for trucks.
Only cash payment will be accepted
