making this the busiest most annoying time of the year. Sigh.
Anyway, I've spent the last few nights imagining the frog bros in afruity, colorful, moderately gay, bird-themed strip club having the most drug-filled, debauchery-laden night with every guy in there.
Rainbow Lorikeet man. I'm not sure I'm going to go with the tropical look, but it's commission time so I can't fuck around with it anymore. This is actually the worst time to open comms. There's a week-long company event going on where I work. Everyone's in Chicago for the week-
They're rich enough to just shut the place down and bribe a bunch of the birds into taking big backshots. Mmm. Muscular bird men getting force-fed liquor and being put in the middle of a frog train. 😩👌
*Permanent overworld area. Like where I could visit and shop, and maybe sleep if there was an inn.
I am a HUGE proponent of spiritual successors. Far too often are sequels heavily limited by what the previous game did. They have to, otherwise the fanbase gets whiny. Spiritual Successors just start fresh...usually.
There are obvious exceptions, but not enough of them.
ANYWAY, the reason I'm going on this tangent is that the people in Solution 9 (the last major area in the story,) have a very, 'futuristic,' semi-cyperpunk look to their outfits and I'm sure Normla would love that that.
Also spending time fighting monster/animal people in an arena in the shape of giant graphics card seems like a retirement plan for him. Yes. Retirement plan.
Also, one more for the Nightfaux sphinx counter.
Been catching up on FF14's story. Spending any more time in Dawntrail is not the preferred way to spend my time, but gotta get through it before the next patch drops. The more I play the less I'm sure I'm going to pick it up tho.
Damn. Why did nobody tell me Treno was in FF14? That's my favorite city in 9. AND it's full of my people?!
This is the best day ever. I'm really sad this isn't like an overworld area though. It looks great.
