I finally finished this book and yeah idk I don't know if it really has the sauce that I thought it might. Tbh it's no wonder I fell off the series if I already was at the same time engaging in fantasy that had a lot more care to treat its YA audience with emotional and narrative maturity

I've been listening to the audiobook for Ptolemy's Gate from my library :3 I really liked The Amulet of Samarkand when I was younger and it's been really fun revisiting these books!!!!! They give me a lot of ideas about an OC that I wanna make :3
