Attacker who attempted to behead a man in Belfast, Northern Ireland identified as Hadi Alodid.
The attacker, a Sudanese migrant, repeatedly slashed at the man’s face and neck. He suffered serious injuries.
The victim (Stephen Ogilvie) lost his left eye and suffered a severely damaged right eye.
