No. The solution is not to say that this regulated product we allow on the streets is so obviously dangerous that it's per see reckless to use. Serious prison time isn't something to give out for shits and giggles.
If it could support a manslaughter charge, ban it.

FWIW the solution to there being any accountability sink with Tesla FSD is to start charging people who kill people while operating vehicles using it with manslaughter.
