I do think the simple fact of *having a job* can sometimes help counteract the worst of it though. Harder to drive yourself mad on social media quite so quickly if you have work to get on with.

Not sure why the cohort between 16 and 55 thinks it's immune, tbh. Nobody's immune to being taken in by garbage online.
