This is it my friends…the last few weeks…When I get emotional on the dais, it’s because I speak from my heart and because I deeply care about the decisions we make and the people those decisions affect. That’s why this final campaign video is so important to me. 1/

I've put in the real sweat equity it takes to support the safety of our newcomers and their families. Standing up against ICE also means you are there for these families, earning their trust in who we are as electeds, and organizing a community with that same mission.
This community appreciates a leader who has been fighting in the trenches alongside them. I am deeply grateful to YS for seeing this work as valuable.
