Diane Wilson, who won the 2023 Goldman Environmental Prize for her landmark lawsuit and settlement agreement with Formosa Plastics on the Texas Gulf Coast, crossed 13 time zones to confront Formosa’s leadership on its home turf, at its annual shareholder meeting in Taipei. This is what happened:
