I just boxed for an hour and I can confirm that if you're in the middle of a panic attack, the shit DOES WORK. Keep that in mind if you're out of medication. Down a whole bottle of water and sprint if you have to. Do milk jug lifts if you're to weak to run or lift weights. I HATE THAT IT WORKS.
