La Resistencia has not heard through our direct communication with people in detention about a current hunger strike.
The last attempted strike on May 26th ended within 24 hours because of severe retaliation- including the deportation of Union of Kidnapped by ICE organizer Rogelio Boloufe.
La Resistencia volunteers who observe the deportation flights informed us this morning about the number of people deported from and transferred from Northwest Detention Center.
12 People deplaned to be detained at Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma. And 40 people boarded the plane to be transferred and/or deported.
